We are saddened to share that OB/GYN Associates of North Jersey will be closing its doors on April 30th, 2024, but we want to assure you that our objective is to make this transition as seamless as possible for you.

While we are here to help explore options for transitioning your care, please note that ongoing support for clinical inquiries, prescription refills, and test results will be available through mid-June. Our phones will be forwarded to nearby Axia care centers, Englewood Women's Health, and Rubino OB/GYN Group, where our caring staff is available to help address your needs and schedule new patients. Please let them know that you are an OB/GYN Associates of North Jersey patient, and they will be pleased to assist you.

Transitioning Your Care

• If you'd like to transfer your care to an Axia Women’s Health care center, there is no need to transfer your medical records. You can easily book an appointment online at axiawh.com or contact the care center directly via phone.
• If you transfer your care to a provider outside of the Axia Women’s Health network, we have partnered with Medicopy to help transfer medical records to another practice of your choice in a timely fashion and at no cost to you. For more information on how to request your medical records, please visit axiawh.com/forms.

Important Information for Pregnant Patients

If you are currently pregnant, rest assured that you have several nearby options to continue your care within the Axia network, including Rubino OB/GYN Group, Englewood Women's Health, Florham Park OB/GYN and Caldwell OB/GYN. 

• Providers from Rubino OB/GYN Group, a neighboring Axia Women's Health care center, will begin offering care at our Hoboken location mid-March. Rubino OB/GYN Group has 6 convenient locations and a dedicated team of award winning providers. Rubino OB/GYN Group delivers out of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center (formerly Saint Barnabas Medical Center). CBMC is a state-of-the-art facility which has a Level III NICU and Level II ultrasound and lab testing facilities available for routine and high-risk pregnancies, and you can click here for an informational tour of their maternity services.  
  
  
• Alternatively, Englewood Women's Health is a nearby Axia care center with two convenient locations in Englewood and Pomona. Their team offers a wide array of integrated OB/GYN services, and they deliver out of Englewood Health Hospital, which features award-winning maternity care services. Click here for a tour of their Family Birth Place. 
  
  
• For patients with Medicaid, nearby Axia care centers Florham Park OB/GYN and Caldwell OB/GYN have convenient locations in Florham Park and West Caldwell, and also deliver out of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.   

Transitioning Your Care

Regarding transitioning your care, please read below carefully:

• If you choose to continue care with our office through April, you can plan to deliver with Rubino OB/GYN Group out of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
  
• If you choose to transfer your care to Englewood Women's Health, you can plan to deliver out of Englewood Health Hospital. 
  
• If you choose to transfer your care to Florham Park OB/GYN or Caldwell OB/GYN, you can plan to deliver out of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. 
• With each of these options, you will not need to transfer your records as they are all within the Axia Women's Health network with a shared EMR. If you'd like access to your medical records, please click here.
