Charlie has more than 20 years of business leadership experience, 12 of which have been in healthcare. He joined Axia in December of 2017 from DaVita, where he was Group Vice President of DaVita’s $1.5B Kidney Care business in the northeastern U.S., leading the country in clinical and business outcomes, and also led DaVita’s $400M national Lab business.
Previously, Charlie had been Vice President of Category Management for Cardinal Health’s $5B Hospital Supply business, a junior partner at McKinsey & Company, and a concept car engineering team leader at Ford Motor Company. Charlie holds an MBA and Masters in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T.
