Frank has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare. As the founding CEO of Axia in 2017, Frank now serves as Executive Chairman with Axia Women’s Health. Prior to the formation of Axia, Frank was the founding CEO of Regional Women’s Health Group, a leading women’s health network with locations throughout New Jersey. He is also a founding member and an officer in the U.S. Women’s Health Alliance, a national organization advocating for women’s health issues and the preservation of private practice for physicians.
Frank’s previous career highlights include senior management positions with NovaCare, PhyCor, HCA, and Amsco International, where he managed the business operations of the company for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and was based in London, England. Frank completed his undergraduate education at Dyke College and graduate level studies at the University of New Haven, along with executive management programs at Penn State University and the University of Minnesota, and case study programs at Harvard and University of Virginia.
