Jay Getto

Vice President of Human Resources

Jay Getto is Vice President, Human Resources for Axia Women’s Health.  Jay leads an HR organization that acts as stewards of the Axia culture and is responsible for developing and guiding Axia’s talent management philosophy, compensation philosophy, and for articulating the organization’s strategy for acquiring, developing, rewarding, and retaining the best talent.  Jay is helping to accelerate Axia’s integration and transformation through talent and leadership development, building a culture of engagement, attracting top talent, and for optimizing workforce outcomes through talent analytics and data.

Jay has worked in healthcare HR for over 15 years in HR leadership roles at Epocrates, athenahealth, Reed Elsevier, and MTBC.

He earned a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University , West Chester, Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University.
