Kelly leads both marketing and patient experience at Axia Women’s Health, and has nearly 10 years of experience leading marketing functions for private equity-backed healthcare organizations. In her current role, Kelly oversees all corporate branding, including advertising and reputation management, digital experience, media relations, and internal communications. In 2019, she successfully oversaw the organization’s brand consolidation efforts to create the Axia Women’s Health we know today. She has since led go-to-market and post-integration strategy efforts to support consumer recognition, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.
Kelly’s work in patient experience ensures a data and technology-driven approach to delivering a more connected, comprehensive, and differentiated experience for the women Axia serves.
Prior to her career with Axia, Kelly led marketing for a pediatric dental organization, spent nearly 10 years in healthcare management consulting, and worked in marketing and public relations for a Philadelphia-based children’s hospital. She is a former President of the American Marketing Association in Philadelphia, where she led the regional chapter to being recognized on a national level. She earned both her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Temple University, and lives in New Jersey with her husband and daughter.
