Working in an area with under privileged women for 20+ years in Labor and Delivery has inspired me to further my education to help bridge the gap in health disparities across the lifespan of both older and younger women. This initiative with access to care gives women the opportunity to be a part of an innovation that allows them to take the reins to an optimal level of health.
Danielle Matias graduated from Charles E Gregory School of Nursing in 2000, then went on to complete her BSN at Thomas Edison State University. She is also an alumnus of Drexel University, where she obtained a Master of Science in Nursing/ APN with a specialty in Women’s Health.
Danielle was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Sayreville, NJ. When not caring for patients at OB/GYN of East Brunswick, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and three children relaxing at the beach, horseback riding, and Zumba.
