"I went into women's health to provide comprehensive care in a safe and warm space. I want my clients to feel as if a friend is caring for them and not a stranger. In this relationship, I hope to uplift my clients towards finding their own fortitude."
Kaitlyn began her career working as a labor and delivery nurse at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, New Jersey, and as an at-home health nurse for high-risk pregnancies. Kaitlyn went on to earn a dual Master’s degree in midwifery and women’s health from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2013.
Before joining Florham Park OB/GYN, she worked as a private-practice midwife providing gynecological, prenatal, and postnatal care to low-risk clients. During this time, she also attended births at Morristown Medical Center, Our Birthing Center, and at clients’ homes. Kaitlyn’s own journey with pregnancy, birth, and motherhood has been one of her greatest learning experiences as a midwife.
Kaitlyn and her husband of 14 years Steven have four children named Owen, Kara, Ally, and Ella. In her spare time, she loves to travel with her family, try new craft beers, run, and experiment with do-it-yourself projects.
