The Female Pelvic Medicine (FPM) Urogynecology Center is a freestanding ambulatory surgical center located at 3050 Hamilton Blvd, Suite 200, Allentown, PA – conveniently located next door to the Institute for Female Pelvic Medicine’s Allentown office. We are committed to providing high quality personal care within a safe environment to patients undergoing urogynecologic procedures.

At FPM Urogynecology Center we have chosen to undergo the rigorous AAAHC inspection and accreditation. We adhere to standards required by an accredited outpatient facility to assure that your care is delivered in the safest and most appropriate setting.

You will be cared for by the same physicians whom have been providing your care at The Institute for Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery.

Accreditation & Certification

We are pleased to announce that we have been accredited since 2010 by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

Accreditation shows our commitment to providing the highest levels of safety and quality care to our patients. Achieving accreditation by the AAAHC is proof that we have met the rigorous standards of a nationally recognized third party to ensure patient safety.

We are proud to have met the challenge of accreditation and intend to consistently uphold the principles of quality improvement and patient care in the future.

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), founded in 1979, is the leader in ambulatory health care accreditation with almost 5,000 organizations accredited nationwide. AAAHC accredits a variety of ambulatory health care organizations, including ambulatory surgery centers, office-based surgery centers, endoscopy centers, college student health centers, military health care clinics, and large medical and dental practices. AAAHC serves as an advocate for the provision of high-quality health care through the development of nationally recognized standards and through its survey and accreditation programs. AAAHC accreditation is recognized as a symbol of quality by third-party payers, medical organizations, liability insurance companies, state and federal agencies and the public.
