How will I complete my pre-visit check-in?
Starting August 5, it will be necessary for you to complete your pre-visit check-in on your smartphone BEFORE coming in for your appointment. You can complete this directly from your appointment reminder text. Then when you come for your visit, simply stop by the front desk to let us know you’ve arrived. The check-in forms will need to be completed prior to your visit or you will have to come 20 minutes early for your appointment to complete it on your phone or on paper at the time of your visit.
Did my provider change practices?
No, your provider is still part of Axia Women’s Health – Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers. Only the electronic health record system and related scheduling and billing platforms are changing to better serve you. While you may notice an updated look to some of our messages and scheduling tools, we are still the same team, devoted to providing quality, compassionate care for the women we serve.
Will I receive text message appointment reminders?
We will send an appointment reminder 3 days prior to your appointment and again the day before. Occasionally we will also send form reminders or other communications specific to your appointment.
When can I start using online scheduling?
Online scheduling will be available for your care center on August 26th. Until then you can submit an appointment request at axiawh.com/make-an-appointment/ or call your care center.
