Effective January 1, 2021 Obstetrics & Gynecology of Indiana, part of Axia Women’s Health, has made a change in billing systems. During this change, you may receive separate bills for services provided prior to December 31, 2020 and those services provided after January 1, 2021. We appreciate your patience as we work through our transition.
Please note that several insurance payers may send Explanation of Benefits statements (EOBs) with “Seven Hills” listed as the corporate name. This is still for your OB/GYN of Indiana provider. Your actual billing statements will reflect Axia Women’s Health I OB/GYN of Indiana.
