I chose to work with women in the mental health field because I believe women are the heart of their families and natural nurturers who often give endlessly to others while their own needs go unnoticed. Providing therapy allows me to honor and affirm them; to let them know they are seen, heard, appreciated, and valued. I view therapy as a vital form of self-care, and I’m passionate about empowering women to care for themselves with the same dedication they show to those around them.
