Accessing Your Account & Contacting Us Through the Portal

As a patient of OneCare OB/GYN and/or OneCare Midwifery, you will receive an email stating you’ve received a NON-URGENT message from Axia Women’s Health. In this email, you can click the link to be taken to your personal portal login. Please note: Your username will be enclosed in the email.

 

You will then use the username provided to reset your password and select Login.

 

Once in the portal, you may wish to communicate with our care center. You can do so by selecting Messages in the left panel menu and clicking the blue Compose button. On the Compose screen, you will need to select your care center facility to proceed.

NOTE ON “SELECT FACILITY”: Care centers are listed alphabetically in the Select Facility drop down menu; However, only a select number of facilities are listed in this menu (up to the letter M). You may need to type our care center name: “OneCare” into the dropdown menu’s search field for us to appear.

NOTE ON PROVIDERS: When searching for your provider, they will only appear if they have a schedule to see patients at that location. If you cannot locate your provider, try selecting another location with the practice.
