We strive to provide an inclusive care experience for all patients from the moment they walk through our doors. That’s why on our new patient intake forms, we invite patients to share their gender identity and preferred pronouns. We believe this sets the stage for a more personalized healthcare experience.
We have also formed our own DEIJ Committee at Axia Women’s Health to advocate for inclusion and ensure accountability through ongoing transparent conversations and education.
