She blends evidence-based practices with deep empathy to help her clients find clarity, healing, and renewed confidence. Whether working with someone facing burnout, identity shifts, or emotional overwhelm, Grace meets each client where they are and walks with them toward lasting change. She is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients can rediscover their strengths and rewrite limiting narratives. Outside of her clinical work, Grace enjoys painting, getting lost in a good book, and spending playful, joy-filled moments with her young son.
