Sheena utilizes a wide range of strengths-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness.
Sheena helps people to overcome challenges, build self-esteem, and improve their quality of life. She is passionate about teaching others how to cope and achieve their goals, and work towards a life of purpose, fulfillment, and sustainability. Sheena is married and has two children and currently residing in South Carolina. Sheena enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
