"Thank you, Dr. Shirker! Somehow these two words just seem inadequate for the gratitude that I truly want to express. Your caring, compassion, knowledge, and ability to truly take the time to listen to my questions and concerns were extraordinary. Through two pregnancies, deliveries, and also through two heartbreaking losses- you held my hand through it all. We would not be the family that we are today without you! Our children will always be told of the special doctor that brought them into the world who was so kind and gentle."
Joelle"Dr. Shirker had gone out of her way to make the delivery of my daughters the most amazing experience of my life. Her sense of confidence made me feel at ease."
Christina"Dr. Shirker is the best OB/GYN doctor. Dr. Shirker delivered all five of my children. Every time I went into the hospital, my husband and I were confident and at ease because we were in her hands. Throughout the hours of labor, Dr. Shirker went above and beyond the typical doctor. She sat on my bed rubbing my back and helping me breathe through contractions. She also spent time in my room chatting about everyday life. Dr. Shirker made all of my deliveries a great experience. Because of this care, there was no other doctor I wanted to see when I needed surgery for complications from my IUD. Dr. Shirker is a superior doctor that I would recommend to anyone."
