"Women’s health matters because women are the heart of families and communities. Supporting their emotional, mental, and physical well-being empowers healing, strength, and balance. When women thrive, everyone around them benefits. Therapy helps women reclaim their voices, embrace their worth, and live fuller, healthier lives."

Sahndra Yager MS, LPC, CAADC

Sandy is a seasoned therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals on their healing journeys in Pennsylvania.
