Dr. Joanna Chrostowski received her combined medical degree and masters in Neuromusculoskeletal Sciences from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. She went on to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology in 2020 at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. She is an alumnus of Stony Brook University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Chrostowski was born and raised to Polish parents in the predominantly Polish neighborhood of Greenpoint where she was immersed in its culture and customs. She can speak Polish on a conversational level.
In her spare time, Dr. Chrostowski enjoys spending time with her two daughters, both of whom were born during her residency and delivered at Saint Peter’s University Hospital. She also enjoys travelling, exercising, trying new recipes in the kitchen and taking on DIY projects.
