Stevens, Angela - Axia Women's Health

After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis in 1991, Dr. Stevens graduated with a medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1996 and went on to complete her residency at North Oakland Medical Center in Pontiac, Michigan in 2000. She is a Board Certified obstetrician, current member of the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and the American Medical Association (AMA). In addition to her true passion for medicine, Dr. Stevens enjoys traveling, reading, running, and any activities that include her two boys. Dr. Stevens is accepting new patients at the Indianapolis North and Zionsville locations.
