Dr. Wohlstadter founded Holmdel OB/GYN July of 1986. After growing up in New York City, attending the University of Michigan, and obtaining a BS. degree in Zoology (GOBLUE), he trained in OB/GYN at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Since completing his training and moving to Holmdel, New Jersey, Dr. Wohlstadter has enjoyed 32 years of private practice in Monmouth County. It gives him great pleasure to see the mothers he has cared for bring in the daughters that he had delivered as new patients.
He takes great pride in improving a woman’s quality of life through multiple procedures, such as the NOVASURE ablation, now available that decrease a women’s menstrual flow without the need of a hysterectomy.
Dr. Wohlstadter has been married to his wife for almost 38 years. They have two children and two grandchildren.
