Weight Loss, Weight Management

Weight management isn’t just about a number on the scale. Your health, lifestyle, nutrition, medical history, and goals are all part of the picture.

Axia Women’s Health’s Center for Healthy Living offers a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to weight management designed to support your whole health. Our virtual program brings together clinical weight-management expertise, nutrition counseling, health coaching, care navigation, and, when appropriate, prescription medications including GLP-1 medications.

Our approach goes beyond writing a prescription. When medication is appropriate, it is one part of a broader care plan that may include nutrition, physical activity, behavior change, and ongoing clinical support—all designed to support your health and progress over time.

Together, we’ll build a personalized plan designed not just to help you lose weight, but to make changes you can sustain.

The Center for Healthy Living Difference

Comprehensive Care Designed for Lasting Results

Weight management is complex—and meaningful, sustainable progress rarely comes from a single intervention.

That’s why the Center for Healthy Living takes a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to care. Rather than focusing on a diet, medication, or the number on the scale alone, our program brings together clinical weight-management expertise, nutrition counseling, health coaching, and ongoing support.

This longer-term approach is intentional. It gives you and your care team time to understand what’s working, make adjustments, build healthy habits, and support progress that can be sustained over time.

Your care may include:

  • Specialized clinical providers who evaluate your health, develop your treatment plan, and manage medications when appropriate
  • Registered dietitians who provide individualized nutrition counseling and help you develop an approach to eating that works for you
  • Health coaches who help you set goals, build healthy habits, incorporate physical activity, and stay on track
  • Care navigators who help coordinate your care and understand insurance benefits and potential costs

Your plan may also incorporate behavioral health support when appropriate.

Understanding Cost & Insurance

The Center for Healthy Living accepts most major insurance plans. Doctor and dietitian visits are billed to insurance, leaving you responsible only for standard copays, deductibles, or non-covered services. Because coverage varies by plan, we will review self-pay options with you if a service isn’t covered.

The $50 Monthly Program Fee Comprehensive care requires support beyond standard medical visits. For patients who enroll after their initial consultation, a $50 monthly fee covers non-insured services, including:

  • Health-coaching sessions

  • Dedicated care navigation & insurance support

  • Assistance finding lower-cost medication options

  • Nutrition education & program resources

This fee ensures continuous support between clinical visits to keep your care plan on track.
