I consider it an honor and privilege to be able to share in the many milestones in a woman’s reproductive life. The relationship an Ob/Gyn has with their patient not only lasts for their lifetime, but through generations. Building trust, confidence, and comfort are essential for a healthy relationship which is the foundation I aspire to achieve with my patients.
Dr. Sherman received her BSN from Indiana University and her MD from University of Arizona. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Methodist Hospital Indianapolis in 1993 and then moved to Tucson, Arizona where she was in private practice for 23 years before joining OB/GYN of Indiana in 2016. She is the mother of 5 children. Her interests include hiking, yoga, knitting, and playing piano. She volunteers yearly to attend a mission trip to Honduras. In 2019, she completed a two-year fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. She is excited to be able to offer this patient centered and healing-oriented approach to medicine that takes account of the whole person. She is accepting new patients at South and CityWay locations.
