Wittke, Amber - Axia Women's Health

Amber is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Ball State University. She joins Axia with 19 ½ years of experience in labor and delivery and maternal fetal medicine. Amber is very passionate about caring for patients and is a true believer in preventative care, including annual visits and regular screenings. She is a great patient advocate and enjoys managing the care of women throughout every stage of their life. Amber is married and has two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, boating, and watching her children do activities they love. She is accepting new patients at the South and Stones Crossing Care Centers.
