Kyle Snook

Chief Executive Officer

Kyle currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Axia Women’s Health. 

Kyle has a dynamic background working at large publicly traded healthcare companies as well as private-equity backed physician practices. Prior to joining Axia, he served as Chief Operating Officer of PRISM Vision Group, a PE sponsored enterprise with 100+ office locations and a team of 1,300+ non-physicians and 185+ physicians. In this role, he successfully managed all clinical business units and key support functions, enabling the organization’s growth, ultimately resulting in a successful strategic transaction. Previously, Kyle held senior leadership roles at Strive Health and DaVita.  

In all his roles helped continuously improve patient quality outcomes, drive revenue growth, and advance patient-centered care models. Throughout his career, he has developed a passion for serving others and increasing access to care, especially for the most underserved patient populations. 

Before entering the healthcare industry, Kyle served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Platoon Leader with the 101st Airborne Division. He earned a Purple Heart for his service in Afghanistan.  

Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from West Point and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Kyle lives in New Jersey with his wife and three kids.
