Compassionate Care for Teens & Young Women
Growing up comes with a lot of changes — and questions. Our providers are here to help young women feel comfortable, supported, and confident through every stage of care.
A Comfortable, Supportive Experience
Our goal is to create a respectful environment where young patients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Whether it’s a first visit or an ongoing concern, our team takes time to answer questions, explain care clearly, and help patients feel at ease.
Frequently Asked Questions
What age should someone first see a gynecologist?
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends an initial visit between ages 13–15, though some patients may benefit from being seen sooner depending on symptoms or concerns.
Does every visit include an exam?
No. Many first visits are simply conversations focused on education, questions, and getting comfortable with the provider.
Can a parent come into the appointment?
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to be involved, and providers also create space for teens to ask questions privately if appropriate.
What concerns can you help with?
We commonly help with painful or irregular periods, hormonal concerns, pelvic pain, birth control questions, and general wellness care.
