Chief People Officer

Brian Jones is Chief People Officer for Axia Women’s Health. Brian leads an HR organization that acts as stewards of the Axia culture and is responsible for developing and guiding Axia’s talent management philosophy, total rewards philosophy, and for articulating the organization’s strategy for acquiring, developing, rewarding, and retaining the best talent. Brian is helping to accelerate Axia’s growth and transformation through talent and leadership development, building a culture of engagement, attracting top talent, and for optimizing team and workforce outcomes through talent analytics and data.

Brian was most recently Chief Human Resources Officer with North American Dental Group, where he had HR leadership responsibility for 3300 team members across 250 locations. He has 20 years of global HR experience across various industries including technology, supply chain, retail and health care. Brian earned his BA with Honors from the University of Kansas and has a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Purdue University. Brian lives in Pennsylvania, with his wife Alyssa and their two children, Adelaide and Barrett.
