Regina McGraw

General Counsel

Regina serves as Axia Women’s Health General Counsel, having joined as the first inhouse counsel in 2020. Regina has more than 30 years of legal experience in the healthcare industry; first as a medical malpractice defense litigator and then as health system in-house counsel as well as in private practice representing healthcare providers. Regina has a prior clinical career as a registered emergency/trauma nurse. Regina has a Juris Doctorate from Delaware Law School and a BSN from LaSalle University.

In her role as General Counsel, she is responsible for all of Axia’s legal services as well as regulatory compliance and privacy. She lives in New York, but spends much time back where her roots are in Philadelphia and South Jersey supporting Axia.
