Pelvic floor disorders – like urinary incontinence or pain during intercourse – while very common, may be uncomfortable to discuss and therefore too often, may go untreated. Axia’s Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Program combines breathwork, muscle coordination, and functional strength exercises to either strengthen weak muscles or relax tightened muscles, dependent on your condition.
