Behavioral Health Support
Colette is a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting women through life transitions, emotional challenges, and the complex experiences that impact women’s mental health. She works with women navigating stress, relationship concerns, pregnancy and postpartum adjustments, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and personal growth.
Colette approaches therapy as a collaborative relationship where women feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and balance. She integrates mindfulness, strength-based therapy, empowerment approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help women build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and reconnect with their resilience.
Her professional experience includes work as a crisis counselor and specialized training in grief and loss. Colette is also a Certified Christian Life Purpose Coach, Certified Meditation Teacher, and Chaplain, allowing her to thoughtfully support women who wish to incorporate spirituality into their healing journey. She brings particular sensitivity to the emotional and relational changes women often experience during major life transitions.
Colette is known for creating a warm, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental environment where women feel safe exploring difficult emotions and discovering new pathways to wellness.
She earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University.
Outside of her clinical work, Colette enjoys spending time with family, prayer, reading the Bible, walking, dancing, and volunteering in her community. She is the proud mother of two children.
