Jessica believes in a collaborative approach and creating a therapeutic environment where the client feels safe, seen, and heard. Jessica utilizes a client-centered, holistic approach to therapy. Change is possible and Jessica recognizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for change. Jessica understands that starting therapy can be intimidating which is why she strives to make your sessions as comfortable as possible. Jessica will meet you where you are at and work with you to explore realistic steps to help you make progress to wards your mental health goals.
