Dr. Mark Finnegan joined McConnell & Associates OB/GYN in 2005 and has been in practice for over 25 years in the Delaware Valley. Dr. Finnegan graduated from Princeton University and Jefferson Medical College and served his residency at Lankenau Medical Center. Dr. Finnegan is active in all aspects of OB/GYN care and is a skilled obstetric and gynecologic surgeon. Dr. Finnegan is able to offer patients DaVinci robotic surgery as well as urogynecologic evaluations and surgical procedures. Dr. Finnegan can perform minimally invasive as well as more complicated “open” surgery. Dr. Finnegan is a very active member of the teaching faculty and has won several teaching awards.
Dr. Finnegan enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially his new grandson, as well as running, golfing, and attending Penn State football games.
