Behavioral Health Support
Candace Gillespie is a licensed mental health therapist providing virtual therapy services with a strong focus on women’s mental health across the lifespan. She specializes in supporting adult women navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and neurodivergence, including autistic and neurodivergent adults.
Her clinical work commonly addresses concerns related to identity, caregiving roles, reproductive and hormonal transitions, chronic stress, and the emotional impact of balancing personal, family, and professional demands. Candace has particular experience treating Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) within the broader context of women’s lived experiences.
Candace’s approach is evidence-based and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop insight, regulate emotions, and build sustainable coping strategies. She creates a structured yet compassionate therapeutic space that is tailored to each client’s goals, values, and stage of life.
She is deeply committed to culturally responsive, affirming care and to fostering a safe, respectful environment where women feel heard, supported, and empowered. All services are provided via secure telehealth.
