Dr. Brooke High joined McConnell & Associates OB/GYN in 2016. She grew up in the Reading area and attended Lehigh University. She then earned her medical degree in 2012 from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Lankenau Medical Center. Dr. High is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. High has published research geared toward teaching resident physicians. Her professional interests include medical informatics and training physicians in using electronic health information. Her professional interests include medical informatics and training physicians in using electronic health information.
Dr. High practices both low- and high-risk obstetrics as well as gynecology. Her interests include medical issues in pregnancy, fibroids, cancer screening and preventive care. In addition, Dr. High has interests in caring for adolescent and young women as well as reproductive and contraceptive counseling. Dr. High offers procedures in the office such as IUD placement, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, LEEP and ultrasound. She has a strong interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including robotic surgery.
In her free time, she enjoys golfing and skiing, baking, decorating, and home improvement projects.
