One of the most fulfilling aspects of being an OB-GYN is having the opportunity to support women throughout every stage of their lives, creating a compassionate and trustworthy environment where they can receive comprehensive, personalized care.
Dr. MacLeod is thrilled to be joining the Axia community. A Lexington native, she earned her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Centre College in Danville, KY, before completing both her medical training and Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Kentucky (go Cats!).
She has always loved the diverse and deeply meaningful nature of OB/GYN, and she feels honored to care for women through every stage of life. Dr. MacLeod is devoted to getting to know her patients as individuals, believing that genuine connection is the foundation of compassionate, evidence-based care.
She has special interests in high-risk pregnancy, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and infertility workups. When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. MacLeod treasures time with her husband and daughter, Jordan, enjoys catching up with friends, and loves settling in to watch a good NFL game.
