Dr. Neff graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Biology and minors in Spanish and Psychology, and then attended Indiana University’s School of Medicine. Upon receiving her medical degree, Dr. Neff completed her residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Neff is also a member of the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA), and the American Medical Association (AMA). She is also an active member of ACOG including a Jr. Fellow Secretary & Treasurer of ACOG (District 5) for 2007-2008, Junior Fellow Vice Chairperson of ACOG (District 6) for 2008-2009, Chairperson 2009-2010 and past chairperson for 2010-2011. Dr. Neff is married with two sons and a daughter. In her leisure time, she loves to run, ski, swim, read and spend time with her family and her dog, Molly. She is currently accepting new patients at Carmel and Westfield locations.
