"I have always wanted to be a doctor and to have the privilege to see and help treat those looking for obstetrical and gynecologic care. After a 4-year residency at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, I now have that honor. I hope to serve the surrounding communities of Philadelphia with the most cutting-edge and evidence-based medicine. I also want to incorporate the mind, body, and spirit in every interaction I have with my patients. Medicine has always been my passion, and I wake up every morning happy and energized to meet each person and help with their needs."
Gabriella Pugliese was born and raised in south-central PA. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology with minors in Spanish and Biochemistry for Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. She then went to medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg. Here she learned her true passion was women’s medicine and matched to an OBGYN residency program at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. After 4 years of specialty training, Gabriella has joined her first practice, Center for Total Women’s Health. She lives in West Philadelphia and enjoys exploring the city. She has a passion for her friends and family and spends as much time as possible with her amazing niece and nephews. She also enjoys traveling to all areas of the globe, such as Italy. Her hobbies include reading, especially all things Harry Potter, dancing, photography, painting, and cooking.
