Dr. Melanie B. Schatz is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been a member of the staff at Main Line OB/GYN since 2006, providing patients with state-of-the-art care for a wide range of conditions. She also holds staff appointments at Paoli Hospital. Dr. Schatz graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brandeis University and received her medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine. She then completed internship and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she received an Excellence in Teaching Award.
As a proficient and well-respected physician, Dr. Schatz is a member of several prominent medical organizations including American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Medical Association. Her work has appeared in several publications, presentations and research studies regarding developments in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
