Dr. Tackett received an Associates of Science degree from Alice Lloyd College in 1974, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky in 1976 and a Medical Degree from the University of Kentucky College Of Medicine in 1981. She has been in private practice since 1985.

Reva is originally from Hueysville, Kentucky. She is an active member of Crossroads Christian Church where she plays keyboard. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 5 grandchildren, 3 boys and 2 girls!
