Tiffanie Russell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has over a decade of counseling experience and is committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, whether they are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, medical complexities, or simply feeling “stuck.” Her goal is to support clients in living the life they truly want. In her practice, she integrates talk therapy with practical skills to guide individuals toward lasting change. Tiffanie has had training in Structural Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including specialized training in CBT for Insomnia and CBT for Pain Management. She enjoys working with clients across a range of ages and stages, including adults and adolescents. Tiffanie provides honest feedback, empathy, and unwavering support, always focusing on helping her clients reach their goals in a safe, non-judgmental space. Outside of work, Tiffanie enjoys puzzles, pottery, trivia nights, yoga and reading.
