With over 18 years of experience in healthcare, Keiosha Townsend, DNP, APRN, PMHNP, AGNP, brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to the field of mental health. She began her journey at Florida A&M University, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Troy University and went on to complete her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification at Wilkes University.
Throughout her career, Keiosha has remained deeply committed to providing patient-centered care. She believes in creating a safe, judgment-free space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered on their journey to emotional wellness. Her clinical approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practice, and meeting people where they are. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her family.
