Rachel Hakemi is a compassionate and attentive certified Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing exceptional care to women. Originally from Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Rachel recently made the exciting move to Indianapolis and is eager to serve her new community!
Rachel earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and at the top of her class. Rachel has a background in both emergency medicine and labor, delivery, and postpartum care. She believes deeply in the importance of empathy, education, and collaboration in healthcare. She finds fulfillment in caring for women in all phases of life and is dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care to her patients. Rachel specializes in preventative health, contraceptive management, mental health, family planning, and menopause.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her husband in their new home in Carmel, Indiana. She loves reading, baking, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.
