Dr. Nashali Ferrara, MD provides comprehensive, compassionate care to women across all stages of life. She earned her undergraduate degree from Montclair State University in NJ before completing medical school at New Jersey Medical School, where she was honored with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society. She went on to complete her residency training at the Rutgers Cooperman Barnabas OB/GYN Residency Program in NJ, receiving extensive clinical and surgical training.
Dr. Ferrara offers expertise in a wide range of women’s health services, including preventative women’s health, benign gynecologic conditions, infertility, abnormal uterine bleeding, menopause management, family planning, both low- and high-risk obstetrics, trial of labor after cesarean, and postpartum care. She has a strong interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic techniques, as well as in contraception management and family planning.
Her approach to care is centered around respect, empathy, and collaboration.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ferrara who was born and raised in NJ, enjoys hiking, baking, gardening, and spending quality time with her family, including her husband, four dogs and two cats.
