Sally Archer-Jones, Ph.D., LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting women through life’s most meaningful and complex seasons. She specializes in helping women navigate anxiety, trauma, reproductive and maternal mental health concerns, and major life transitions with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Dr. Archer-Jones utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based practice, tailoring care to each woman’s lived experience, values, and goals. Her work is grounded in empathy, compassion, and authenticity.
She creates safe, collaborative spaces where women feel heard, respected, and empowered — whether they are adjusting to pregnancy and postpartum changes, balancing career and caregiving demands, or working through longstanding patterns that no longer serve them.
Dr. Archer-Jones is passionate about mental health advocacy, reducing stigma, and making therapy accessible, practical, and meaningful for women at every stage of life.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, walking her dogs, and spending time with her family.
