Ms. Carney completed her undergraduate training in nursing at LaRoche College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania where her focus of study was on Women’s Health Care. Her internship rotation included Women’s Health Care in Pottstown, Pennsylvania; the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Family Planning Clinic, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the Christiana Care Health Services High Risk OB Outpatient Unit in Delaware.
