With over 25 years of experience in nursing and healthcare, Dr. Elizabeth Pancrazio brings deep compassion, clinical expertise, and steadfast dedication to her work as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Her journey in healthcare has included many roles in mother/baby units, weight loss, cancer treatment, and addiction medicine giving her a unique understanding of the patient experience from every angle. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Aspen University in 2024, with a focus on leadership and innovation in healthcare. Since becoming a nurse practitioner in 2015, Dr. Liz has remained committed to delivering care that is not only clinically sound but deeply human and individualized. As a former Director of Nursing and Clinical Director, she has led teams through meaningful change—improving patient care processes, influencing better outcomes, and generating changes that truly serve people.
Dr. Liz is passionate about helping others feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her care philosophy is rooted in empathy, education, and personalized support, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and treatment they deserve. She loves living at the Jersey shore and traveling to see the 50 states (32 so far!). She enjoys entertaining family and friends, and spending time on the beach with her mini Goldendoodle, husband, three adult children and grandson!
