Sonya Lagassie is a Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Churubusco, Indiana and currently lives on the northwest side of Fort Wayne. Sonya graduated from Purdue University- Fort Wayne with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing, and is a certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Her previous work experience includes being a postpartum and labor & delivery nurse.
Sonya currently specializes in Adolescent Gynecology, Urogynecology, Pessary Care, Preventative Women’s Health, Preconception Counseling, Contraceptive Management, Menopause, and Family Planning.
She and her husband Alex, have a daughter named Auden and a three-legged cat named Trinity. In her free time, Sonya enjoys reading, making memories with her family and friends, gardening, camping, hiking, canoeing, lake days and has a love for fashion.
