Alexandra was born and raised in Cushing, Oklahoma, where her passion for healthcare first took root. She began her nursing career as an ER nurse, working in high-pressure environments that required quick decision-making and adaptability. Wanting to make a greater impact in patient care, Alexandra earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University. Through the Reproductive Health Research Institute (RHRI), she earned her Fertility Education & Medical Management (FEMM) Medical Provider certification & is trained in RHRI and FEMM management protocols. Alexandra is passionate about empowering women to understand their bodies and provides evidence-based strategies for achieving optimal hormonal health and overall well-being.
In Alexandra’s free time, she enjoys knitting, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and their two cats.
