Jacob Markovitz, MD, FACOG

Dr. Jacob Markovitz is proud to offer his patients services in both obstetrics and gynecology. He has special interest in high-risk obstetrics, infertility and minimally-invasive gynecologic procedures including laparoscopy, and hysteroscopy. He received his MD from State University of New York, Health Science Center at Brooklyn in 2003. He completed both a residency and chief residency in obstetrics and gynecology at North Shore University Hospital in 2007. At graduation, he was recognized for “special excellence in minimally-invasive gynecology” by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.

Dr. Markovitz feels that the best way to foster a trusting relationship with his patients is to spend as much time with them as necessary to explain all treatment options and answer all relevant questions, arriving at an educated plan of action together.
