Krystin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has treated clients in a variety of settings, including residential treatment programs, outpatient treatment facilities, as well as in a private practice setting. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2017 with a Masters in Social Work and has been utilizing her education ever since, gaining expertise in treating those with both mental health conditions as well as substance use disorders. Krystin’s favorite quote is “every saint has a past and every sinner has a future” which she bases her therapeutic approach on. She believes that no matter what, if a person truly wants to change, they can. Krystin hopes to be there to help guide that change by focusing on meeting the individual where they are at that moment versus where they want to be down the road and utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that focuses on behavior change rather than the myths of defects of character or an inability to change.
