Rebecca Morris, DNP, CNM, WHNP-BC, is a passionate Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, and Certified Nurse Midwife who joined our clinical team right at the start of 2023. Rebecca offers empowering patient and family-centered care, designed to help people at all stages of life and encourage health that revolves around individualized goals.
Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Rutgers University, first in Biological Sciences, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, at Rutgers University Accelerated Nursing Program. While working in post-partum, labor and delivery and an in-hospital birth center as a Registered Nurse, Rebecca earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Rutgers University School of Nursing. She gained vast experience during this time and received specialty education and training on various topics including holistic options for women’s health in various life stages, preconception and prenatal counseling, patient education, and more. Upon completing her Doctorate degree at Rutgers, Rebecca went on to earn her Midwifery Certification, as well as her Certification as a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
Rebecca brings a unique perspective to infertility care as a member of our clinical team with her nursing and midwifery experience, both of which are deeply rooted in the belief that medical care must account for and encompass all aspects of a patient’s life with a holistic and empathetic approach. Fluent in Spanish and English, Rebecca has a deep passion for patient education and solidifying trusting and strong patient-practitioner relationships. She strives to use the skills and knowledge of midwifery and nursing and apply them to her care for patients here at Fertility Institute of NJ & NY in a compassionate, patient-centered, and effective manner.
